How can you redefine sushi? And how can you make it desirable to eat anywhere and everywhere? Introducing oshizushi, a box-shaped delight developed in early 18th century Osaka and temari, a handball shaped nigiri. The concept was simple and no different that our core beliefs in menu designing: offer the best simple but premium ingredients. But with a small tweak to the form, we were able to create an entire menu built for eating on-the-spot, grabbing to go or delivered to your place.

This in turn opened the door for unconventional passion points paired with sushi including art, design and even gaming, where we sought to position the brand as that elevated break from a marathon gaming session in order to hyperpersonally align with the demographic of our region.
