Chef Encounters is an experiential pop-up event that highlights burgeoning chefs by providing them the ability to host limited tasting menus before an intimate cast of customers with no boundaries. By putting them in close contact with their guests, they’re able to explore, experiment and grow their following in a way that would have otherwise required a substantial investment prior to opening a brick-and-mortar location.
